Gather donations, promote and organize sales, recruit and coordinate volunteers for both the Election Day and Holiday Boutique bake sales.

Coordinate event planning, ticket sales, food, music, decorations and volunteers.

Prepare annual PTA budget; report income and expenses as compared with budget; provide a financial statement at monthly PTA meetings; submit annual and monthly MI PTA dues on time; maintain an accurate record of receipts, disbursements, and funds received; submit records annually for audit; and file required tax forms annually.

During the April PTA meeting, we will hold a general election for the open Lindbergh PTA Board Officer position of Treasurer for the 2025-27 term.

Nominations began on Monday, March 10th. The nomination period will close on Thursday, April 4th at 11:59 PM.
