Field Day
Hello Flyers!
We had a BLAST at Field Day on Thursday, June 8th! After lunch, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th graders had a chance to show some class pride and spend the afternoon being active competing in Gaga Ball, Water Sponge Relay, Tower Takedown, Splash Tower, Water Bucket Challenge, Tug of War, 4 Goal Soccer and Bullseye.
Young 5s, Kindergarten, 1st grade and the 1/2 split had a great time competing in Splash Tower, Water Sponge Relay, Car Wash Relay, Water Limbo, Tug of War, Bullseye and 4 Goal Soccer. We’re not sure who had more fun at the Car Wash Relay, the students or the parent volunteers…Ha!
Events like this would not be possible without our amazing Lindbergh staff members and parent volunteers - each of you helped make the 2023 Field Day a success! Whether you helped with setup, making/purchasing class shirts, donated popup tents, helped with a station or cleanup - we appreciate you.

A message from our Field Day Chairs:
“We can’t thank our staff members and our overwhelmingly positive and helpful parent volunteers for making the 2023 Field Day such a success! It takes A LOT of volunteers to setup, cleanup, coordinate and help our students at the stations. With over 50 parent volunteers taking time out of their day and/or taking off work - each of you showed what a great community we have and we want you to know we’re grateful to have parents like you. Our staff members are always accommodating with their schedules to provide enrichment events like this for our students - Lindbergh is lucky to have each and every one of you. A special thank you to Mr. Harvey for his preparation, attention to detail, teamwork and making sure our Lindbergh students had a great time. Thank you again - we can’t wait until the 2024 Field Day!”
